Welcome to the Global Sustainability Community of Practice

The Project Management Global Sustainability Community of Practice advances the understanding of global sustainability throughout the project management community. It provides project practitioners with the knowledge, practices, tools and techniques to integrate global sustainability into all types of projects, programs and portfolios.

The Community:

Educates the global sustainability community about the value of utilizing project, program and portfolio management to achieve global sustainability.
Provides a working space for the generation, sharing and application of knowledge among those who recognize the importance of global sustainability, and project management's ability to achieve it.
Facilitates extensive collaboration in creating awareness, providing education, soliciting ideas, sharing successes and failures, capturing lessons learned and implementing action.

PM Global Sustainability Community Council leaders want to take this opportunity to congratulate the Community Manager, Mohamed Khalifa Hassan CAPM, PMP, PMI-RMP, PMI-SP, PgMP, PMI-ACP on being selected into the 2013 Group 1 PMI Leadership Institute Master Class.

	How to Claim PDUs Once you have participated in one of our CoP Webinars, you will be able to login to PMI’s CCR system to claim the PDU that you received for participating (1 PDU per 1 hour of Webinar content). To report PDUs please do the following: 1) Login in at https://ccrs.pmi.org/Certificants/ClaimPDU.aspx 2) For Category Type select CAT A: Registered Education Provider/PMI Component Event 3) For Activity Type select Report a Component 1-2 PDU Event. Select the Next button. 4) For Component ID enter S046 then select the Search button 5) From the search results, select the blue Component ID hyperlink to the left of the community name 6) Enter the Activity date and the webinar title for Activity Title. Select the Next button. PLEASE NOTE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS NOT REQUIRED. 7) Enter 1 PDU. Select the Next button. 8) Review the information entered; select the checkbox entitled “I agree this claim is accurate”, and then select the Submit button.
